WALTERS, Jo-Anne Jessie (nee Reeb)
Jo-Anne passed away at her home residence in St. Catharines on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at the age of 77. She was born on October 11, 1945 in the Port Colborne/Niagara Falls area. Lovingly remembered by her three children: Sherry Beaudoin (Wayne), Randy Johnson and Melanie Walters. Cherished Nana to her granddaughter, Jennifer Johnson, and grandson, Sebastian Walters. Jo-Anne is survived by her siblings: Douglas Reeb (Vicky) and Ellen Fehr. She will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Donald L. Reeb and Edna (nee Cassibo), her step-mother, Sylvia (Miller), and her sisters: Ruth Ann Reeb, Gail Reeb and Margaret Pfielsticker. She enjoyed playing scrabble, doing crossword puzzles, card games, listening to music and watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. Jo-Anne was a kind, selfless, loving, wonderful Mom and an amazing, attentive and caring Nana with a gentle heart of gold that adored her children and family. She will be deeply loved and dearly missed by her family. In loving memory of our beautiful Mama ~ Remembering her is easy, I do it every day. Missing her is a heartache that never goes away. I hold her tightly within my heart and there she will remain. Until the day arrives that we meet again. Because our Mama is in Heaven, there is a little bit of Heaven in our Home. In honouring our Mom's wishes a cremation has taken place. Immediate family will have a private gathering at a later date.
