Jo Clark Obituary
The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Clark will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at New Testament Christian Center with interment following at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, beginning at 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Progressive.

To the family of Jo Carol Clark, you all have our family's deepest condolences.
Jo Carol has always been a like a sister to me(Phyllis). We truly enjoyed many, many times and fun together. I know as a friend to many, she will always hold a special place in my heart. Her sister Lilly has always been a dear friend/sister. My prayers will continue for the family for times and days to come. Love always.... William & Phyllis Carter-Bass and family
