Jo Parsons Obituary
Jo Ann Parsons, 74, of Parkersburg, passed away November 24, 2025 surrounded by her family at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born August 29, 1951 in Charleston, the daughter of the late Donald and Gratia Boswell Reebel.
Jo Ann is a 1969 graduate from Ripley High School and worked in customer service for Coldwater Creek. When she wasn’t spending time with and spoiling her grandbabies, she enjoyed crossword puzzles. She also had a fond love for horses.
She leaves behind her husband, David Parsons; two daughters, Christina Jackson (Sean) and Amanda Parsons (Dylan) all of Parkersburg; and grandchildren, Phoenix Parsons, Torin and Maya Jackson.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her eldest daughter, Melissa Parsons.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
