Anna Jane Cutlip, 88, a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away November 8, 2025 at The Willows Center. She was the daughter of Raymond and Okey Frazier of Wirt County.
Anna loved her little dog, Frosty, who kept her laughing and made her days good ones. She loved the Cleveland Browns; she was one of their biggest fans. And we can’t forget her love for western movies.
She is survived by her children, Debbie Butcher (Steve) of Westerville, OH., Donna Kelley (Jeff) of Parkersburg, Charlie Cutlip (late daughter-in-law, Hellen) of Parkersburg; four grandkids; and nine great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother from the beginning. Her homemade popcorn balls, homemade pudding, and fried donuts will be remembered. She always said to her children, “I love you very much” and in return they would say “We love you very much too mom.”
Per Anna’s final wishes, there will be no services at this time. Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, Parkersburg, has been entrusted with her services and are honored to serve her family.
