Of West Seneca, NY. Beloved wife of 52 years to James Bushen; loving daughter of the late Job and Phyllis (nee Anderson) Knowles; dear sister of Donald Knowles and aunt to Taylor and Jason Knowles; cherished niece of Gail (Bob) Marcin; dearest sister-in-law of William (Norine), Margaret "Peg", Robert (Sharon), Richard (Karen), Michael (Maria), Joseph (Kelly) Bushen, and the late Kathleen Bushen; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Joan retired from Potters Road Elementary in West Seneca where she taught the 5th Grade for many years. She was also a longtime member of the Cazenovia Golf Club. The family will be present on Friday from 3-7PM at the (Blasdell/Lackawanna Chapel) JOHN J. KACZOR FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3450 South Park Ave. Flowers are gratefully declined.
