Joan left this earth on January 5, 2025 with no more pain from cancer. She was born in Appleton on June 3, 1948 to the late Larry & June Hebeler. She graduated from Xavier in 1966 and worked at Presto Products for 44 years. She loved Elvis Presley, movies, and going to the casino with her sister Mary. She had a wonderfully different sense of humor ("It gets dark at night." "What did he die of...death!") She is survived by four brothers Larry, Jim, John and Bob, and two sisters Pat Schmidt (Steve) and Mary Boelter (Mark) and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Linda.
Thank you Bristol Hospice, especially Linda, and the care giving staff at Edenbrook Assisted Care Home.
A private funeral for family will be soon, followed by a Celebration of Life at a later date.
