Joan Naomi Lessner “Nana” (nee Langville), age 82, of Glen Burnie, MD passed away on April 9, 2024 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Bob Lessner; her daughter, Debbie (Mark) Rauser; her son, Dean (Brenda) Lessner; her sister, Linda Langville; her brother, Emmett Langville; her grandchildren, Kyle Rauser (Shannon), Brittni Elburn (Sam), and Ashley Lessner (Jordan); her great-grandchildren, Camden, Railyn, Heidi, Quinn, Bennett, Brooks and Miles.
She loved spending time with her family and friends, being outside and doing yard work. Joan was a very kind, caring person, friendly to everyone she met, and she was well loved.
Joan was a former Avon Representative for over 40 years and made many long-lasting friendships during that time.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Tuesday, April 16th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 17th at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
