To the family of Joan Markley-
I shared an office with Joan for several years at Turning Point. I can say she was a great voice for members of the community dealing with domestic violence issues. She was knowledgeable, compassionate and sincerely cared for the people she served.
Joan had a laugh that would infect you. She was always available to process issues when working on cases. She believed in the Lord and wanted to always be helpful and kind to others. She dearly loved her family members.
I will miss her laugh and her smile. May she now rest in heaven and feel no pain. Job well done Joan, now it is your time to rest my friend.
