Joan McAteer Obituary
Joan is survived by her loving husband of nearly 62 years, Tony Robert McAteer; her son Tony McAteer and wife Tina; and her daughter Julie Palumbo and fiancé Brad Birch; her brother Stan Shaw and her sister Lilly Shaw; her grandchild Rebecca Jones and husband Chris, her grandchild Paul McAteer and wife Amber, her grandchild Jason Palumbo, her grandchild Brandon Palumbo, her step grandchild Brittany Pruch and her step grandchild Eric Pruch. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Eleanor Jones and Layla, Lee-ah, Larissa, Lei'ana McAteer, and one great grandson on the way.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents George and Lillian Shaw; her sister Marjorie Mallinson.
A memorial service for Joan will be held Friday, March 1, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Garden Park Cemetery, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas 77303.
