Joan C. Mudrock

Joan C. Mudrock, 92, of Ambler, PA, formerly of Holland, PA died on July 11, 2025. She was the wife of the late Leonard Mudrock. Joan was born in Philadelphia, PA on January 16, 1933 to the late Burt and Mary (Furlow) Irwin. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Joan was a former member of St. Bede's Church of Holland, PA. She volunteered at St. Mary's Hospital of Langhorne, PA and St. Francis Hospital of Trenton, NJ, where she served as Eucharistic Minister and offered comfort by holding the hands of the sick and dying. She loved knitting baby outfits for young mothers in need. Joan was a certified bereavement counselor and studied the Bible at Georgian Court University for 6 years. Joan enjoyed the New Jersey Shore and most of all spending time with her family. She is survived by her 6 children Christine Baliban (the late Warren), Pamela Tester (Robert), Deborah Miller (the late Michael), Richard Mudrock (Taryn), Leonard Mudrock (Chris), Andrea Watts (Jerry), her 13 grandchildren Rich Baliban (Jennifer), Scott Baliban (Meghan), Bobby Tester (Melissa), Stacey Tester, Jen Tester, Serena DePhillis (Michael), Andrew Miller (Lance), Alicia McMillan (Rob), Jason Mudrock (Alla), Eric Mudrock, Marissa Rongione (Michael), Dan Watts, Melanie Watts (Dan), her 10 great-grandchildren Olivia, Sierra, Sean, Rachel, Liliana, Luke, Emma, Grace, Landon, Joshua, and her brother-in-law Andrew Mudrock. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 10:30AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 259 Forest Avenue, Ambler, PA 19002. The Viewing will be held from 9:30AM-10:15 AM. Interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Joan's name can be made to Artman Lutheran Home, Benevolent Care Fund, 7002 Butler Pike Ambler, PA 19002.
