Joan Yvonne Randle

Mrs. Joan Y. Randle, 75, of Peoria, Illinois transitioned peacefully to her heavenly home, surrounded by family, at 9:19 am on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.
Joan was born on November 9, 1945 in Rockport, IN to Ulysses and Minnie (Miles) Moredock. She graduated from Richwoods Community High School in 1963 and worked at AT&T Illinois Bell as a Supervisor from August 1963 to October 2000; a total of 37 years.
Joan leaves to cherish her most precious memory two daughters, Romonia Claybon-Harrell of Austin, TX and Ashlah Randle of Dallas, TX and two brothers, Joseph (Bobbie) Moredock of West Memphis, AR and Phillip (Vickie) Moredock of Peoria, IL; one sister, Rosiland (Danny) Swain of Peoria, IL; 4 grandchildren, Jamal Harrell of Chandler, AZ, Larissa Franklin & Aliyah Franklin, and Alexander Tembe of Dallas, TX. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friends. She is preceded in death by the love of her life Frank E. Randle, a son Terry and a daughter Tina. As well as her parents, two sisters; Sandra Roberson, Nancy Moredock and brother; Farrell Moredock.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at St. Thomas Catholic Church with a visitation at 9:00 am. Monsignor Gray will officiate. Joan will be laid to rest at Swan Lake Memory Gardens.

Funerals are limited to no more than 50% of the decedent's immediate family members.
