Joan A. Sepe

JOAN A. SEPE, 86, of Palm Harbor, FL, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2025, in Port Jefferson, NY. She was born in the Bronx, NY and resided in Mount Vernon, NY; Howell Twp., NJ: East Setauket, NY; & Manhattan, NY prior to settling in Palm Harbor 32 years ago.

Joan was employed as an insurance adjuster for All-State, Farmingville, NY for 6 years prior to her retirement in 1991. Prior to that she was employed, as a supervisor by AT&T ("Ma Bell"), New York, NY for 3 years; a homemaker for 17 years; and a salesclerk at Sterns Dept. Store for 6 years.

She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus, Jackson Twp.

Joan was predeceased by her parents, Charles Henry and Mildred Rockwell; and by her husband, Louis Sepe in 2016. She is survived by her sons, Robert Sepe and his wife, Diane of Monroe, NJ, Michael Sepe and his wife, Silvia of Port Jefferson (Long Island), NY, Louis Sepe and his wife, Mary of Sewell, NJ and Richard Sepe and his wife, Kristina of Oldsmar, FL; her daughters, Dawn Ericksen and her husband, Alex of Palmetto, FL and Danielle Sepe-Schadt of Palm Harbor, FL; her grandchildren, Danielle, Matthew, Louis, Isabella, Joseph, Nicholas, Olivia and Andrew; and her great-grandson, Carter.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 1-5 PM on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson, NJ. A funeral gathering will be offered at 9 AM on Monday, December 22, 2025, at the funeral home. Her Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:30 AM at St. Mary of the Lake Roman Catholic Church (The Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe), 43 Madison Ave., Lakewood, NJ. Entombment will follow in St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, 1 Honey Locust Drive, Lakewood, NJ.
