Mrs. Williams was born on May 18, 1954 and passed away on Friday, January 15, 2016. Mrs. Williams was a resident of Winston-Salem, North Carolina at the time of her passing. She was married to Jerry. A visitation will be held 6-8 PM Monday January 18 2016 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center 101 Hospice Lane Winston-Salem NC 27103 or to the American Cancer Society 4-A Oak Branch Dr. Greensboro NC 27407.
