Dear step mother of Pauline (Don) Niskanen, Wanda (Jim) Frost, Terry (Juanita) Garland, and Larry (Sheryl) Garland.
Loving grandmother and great grandmother.
Dear sister of Kathleen Newcomb, the late John Knaub and George Knaub.
Preceded in death by her husband Richard Garland.
A visitation for JoAnn will take place on Friday, July 5th from 11am-6pm with a 5pm open mic service all held at Charles Step Funeral Home located at 18425 Beech Daly in Redford, MI 48240
