Joann Starks Obituary
Mrs. Joann Starks was born on March 12, 1956, in Jackson, Tennessee, and peacefully departed this life on December 3, 2025. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth, strength, and kindness touched all who knew her. Her life was marked by quiet grace, unwavering love for her family, and a generous spirit that blessed everyone she encountered.
A Funeral Service honoring her life will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul C.M.E. Church. Her remains will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
Open Visitation will take place on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Bledsoe Funeral Home.
Following the service, Mrs. Starks will be laid to rest at Parkway Memorial Gardens, where her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
Her life, though ended, leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and faith that will be cherished forever.
