Joaquina Perez De Garcia

It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Joaquina Perez De Garcia, born on November 16, 1953, and peacefully departed on September 29, 2025. Joaquina was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. She was the cherished daughter of Juan Perez and Maura Renteria. Joaquina is survived by her devoted husband, Leonardo; her children, Salvador, Jose, and Mari; her seven grandchildren; and her nine great-grandchildren. Her loving presence will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Lord and I Funeral Home in Sullivan City. The funeral service will take place on Friday, October 3rd, at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Sullivan City, followed by burial at Sullivan City Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Joaquina's life was a testament to love, faith, and family. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and devotion that will be remembered forever. Rest in peace, Joaquina. You will be missed but never forgotten.
