Jodi Griffiths

Jodi Griffiths, 78, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025, surrounded by love. Born on July 24, 1947, Jodi brought joy, laughter, and love to everyone fortunate enough to know her. She was one of those rare souls who could fill any room with warmth and humor. She always had a smile on her face, a sparkle in her eye, and a heart big enough for everyone. Jodi loved Elvis Presley, cheering for the Steelers, and trips to Wendover. Her Mickey Mouse pancakes were legendary, and she believed that every moment, no matter how small, deserved a little fun. Whether she was spoiling her family and friends with gifts or making everyone laugh, she found joy in giving and sharing love. She is survived by her brothers, Cary and Mark; her sister-in-law, Katharine; her beloved friends Paulette and Mike; and her adored nieces and nephews, Darin, Sam, Jake, Jodi, Rachael, Anthony, Cody, and Melanie. Each of them carries a piece of her spirit, her humor, her kindness, and her boundless generosity. Though we will miss her every day, we take comfort in knowing that her laughter still echoes in our hearts and her love continues to surround us. Her memory will forever be a reminder that joy doesn't have to be fancy, but it must be shared. A celebration of life will be held at the Mountain Ridge Templar Clubhouse (13573 S. Vernet Drive, Riverton UT 84096) on November 21, 2025 from 12:30-4:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you share a kind act or a laugh with someone in her honor.
