Jodie Milkman (nee Stein), November 1, 2024. Wife of Sam Milkman. Mother of Max, Ryan, and Sydney Milkman. Daughter of Howard and Anna Lea Stein. Sister of Margie Palace. Aunt to Eric Palace.
Jodie had two lights in her life—her children and her work at Penn’s Landing. Jodie dedicated herself to family, especially her children, pouring her heart into them to be the very best they can be.
In her work, she focused her positive (and substantial) energy on elevating the Delaware River Waterfront. Best known for bringing to life the Blue Cross River Rink and lighting up the city she loves with the annual New Years Eve fireworks.
Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral services Sunday 2 P.M. at Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Funeral Directors Suburban North, 310 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed through Thursday evening at her late residence. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation, 308 E. Lancaster Ave., Suite 225, Wynnewood, PA 19096, www.sandyovarian.org.
