Joe Biggs

Ronald "Joe" Biggs died at the age of 70 on May 2, 2023. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Nashville United Church of Christ, 4540 W. State Route 571, West Milton, Ohio 45383, with a reception to follow at the church. Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City, Ohio, has been entrusted with the arrangements. Joe was born on September 29, 1952, in Troy, Ohio, and attended Tipp City High School. He served in the Army and worked at Huntsman Container, Kimberly Clark Brown Bridge, General Motors, and General Dynamic. Joe is survived by his wife Karen, daughters Jessica Graham, Alicia Settle, and Kimila Biggs, brothers Douglas and Jeffrey Biggs, and sister Rachelle Bechard. He was preceded in death by his father Albert Biggs, mother Donna Biggs, sister Kimila Sue Biggs, and granddaughter Elle Jean Settle.
