Joe Willie Marsh, 52, of Ft. Wayne, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2011. Born on March 14, 1959 in Lilbourn, MO, Joseph graduated from Hawardville High School in Mo. In 1976 Joe moved to Ft. Wayne and worked at Fort Wayne Foundry after 32 years, retiring in 2009. He was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughters, Tekella Lawrence and Louise Lawrence; son, Charles Lawrence Sr.; grandson, Keyonta Lawrence all of Fort Wayne, brothers, Jerry (Jamie) Sykes of OH, Percy Marsh of Ft. Wayne; sisters, Shirley (Ken) Ealy, Regina (Larry) Long, and Mary Ann Marsh, all of MO; and girlfriend Rita Sullivian of Ft. Wayne. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Anderson and Minnie Ruth Marsh and sister Barbra Jean Jackson. Service is 10:30 am, Monday, July 11, 2011 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Elder Payton officiating. Visitation also from 2 to 7 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
