Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Teresa Minick of Saltillo; two daughters, Juanita Minick of Mt. Vernon and Samantha Minick of Saltillo; brother, Justin Minick; sister, Becky Minick of Sulphur Springs; ten grandchildren, Devin, Kelee, Joel, Calvin, Mary, Kelsie, Casey, Collin, Parker, and Cylis; and numerous other relatives and friends.
A memorial service for Joe is scheduled for 1 p.m., Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Wesley United Methodist Church, Sulphur Springs, with Pastor Joey Clark officiating, under the direction of the church and family.
