Joe C. Reeder III, 69 of Brownsville, Ohio, passed away on October 17, 2025, at Genesis Morrison House in Zanesville.
He was born in Nashville, Tennessee on April 13, 1956, to the late Joe C. Reeder II and Beverly J. (Ferguson) Reeder. Joe was a graduate of Sheridan High School and was employed for many years as a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley, and attending church at Crossover Friendship Church in Junction City.
Joe is survived by his wife of 31 years, Cathy (Stull) Reeder; mother, Beverly Reeder; 2 daughters, Angela Reeder, Andrea Schaeffer; stepdaughter, Angie (Craig) Fluharty; grandsons, Jett, Zachary, and Chase; granddaughters, Jaiden, Nikki, and Cody; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Jeffrey Reeder; sister, Sharon Bixler; nieces, Nicole and Meghan; and several friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Per Joe's wishes, a dignified cremation has been entrusted to DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home.
