Joe Watkins Obituary
Joe Billy Watkins of Decatur, MS passed away at his home on March 29th, 2026. **a complete obituary will be added soon.**
Visitation will be held at Ott and Lee Funeral Home of Forest on March 30 from 4-8pm.
A second visitation will be held at Pine Ridge Missionary Baptist Church on April 1st 9-11a.m
The funeral service will begin at 11am and be officiated by Rev. Bobby Everett, and Rev. Victor Bugg.
Graveside services will follow in the church cemetery.
Ott and Lee of Forest is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.
