Mr. Joe Michael Woodside, age 67, of McMinnville, TN passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at his home. He was born on May 23, 1958 in McMinnville, TN, was a Funeral Director for over 40 years, and was a member of the Church of Christ. Joe Michael dearly loved spending time with his grandson.
Survivors include his son Anderson (Holly) Woodside, grandson Brock Spears Woodside, brother Jerry T. (Carolyn) Woodside, sister Patricia K. (Mike, Sr.) Bell, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Barry and Deborah Moore and Ronnie and Dana Smith, extended family Jack and Margie Pirtle and Debbie Curtis, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. Mr. Woodside was preceded in death by his parents Joe Cannon Woodside and Wilma Opal Joines Woodside, brother Terry Woodside, father-in-law and mother-in-law Dink and Agnes Brock.
Graveside service and interment for Mr. Joe Michael Woodside is scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Friday, June 13, 2025 at Bascom Cemetery. Paul Roberts, Jack Pirtle, and Jerry Woodside will officiate. There will be no visitation at the funeral home as family and friends will meet at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Joe Michael's memory to Meals on Wheels or to Bascom Cemetery.
