Joe is survived by his adoring daughter, Gloria Ximenez Ulibarri; his devoted son, Pete Ximenez; and his cherished grandchildren, Josie Black, Phillip Ulibarri, and Matthew Ulibarri. He also leaves behind his beloved sister, Mary Ximenez Verduzco. Each of them carries a piece of Joe's vibrant spirit in their hearts, ensuring that his memory will continue to thrive.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 49 years, Eudelia M. Ximenez, whose love and companionship were central to his life. Joe is also preceded by his parents, Pedro and Beatrice Ximenes, who raised him with values that would shape his character.
