Victor Ximenez Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Castillo Funeral Home on Feb. 12, 2026.
Victor F. Ximenez passed away suddenly on February 9, 2026. He was 82 years old. Victor was born on December 13, 1943. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benigno A. Ximenez and Trinidad F. Ximenez, brother Alfredo F. Ximenez, sister Tomasita F. Ximenez and recently his brother, Benigno F. Ximenez as well as a nephew, Benigno "Ben" Ximenez. Victor was the last member of his family to pass and join his family in heaven.

Victor was a meat processor by trade and enjoyed competition to see how many packages he could process in a day. He was employed at Swift Meat Packing plant and Cudahy Packing Company for over 30 years. He enjoyed supporting those in politics with a drive to support the community. He later achieved a Certification for Peace Officer, a hallmark for him in his life. Following in his father's footsteps, who started as a ranch hand, he retired to live out in the country. He loved the countryside and worked daily tending to cattle and goats while he built upon his ranch beautifying the land with his grandson, Roland X. Guajardo.

He was a hard-working man and never shied away from work to support his family. He loved to hunt and process meat and sausage. On June 28, 1961, he married Yolanda C Ximenez and was married for twenty-three years and had four children.

Victor is survived by his four children, daughter Trinidad Ximenez Saucedo, (Juan), Son, Victor Casso Ximenez, (Sandra), Gloria Lopez and Elizabeth Carrasco, (Heran) as well as ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, several nieces, cousins and friends.
