Loving mother, sister and God loving woman passed away on June 7, 2025 at Hoffmann Hospice facilty after a bout with cancer. She is preceeded in death by her mom Izora (Elkins) and father George Culver, Sr. Also her sons Donnie Cossey, Kenny Cossey and Jimmie Cossey and huband David Yon. She is survived by her younger sister Elsie Petty and brother George Culver, Jr. Plus many grandchildren in Ohio and Oregon. She was the "mayor" of the Assembly of God manor in Bakersfield. She led a very rough life but gave her soul to God about 40 years ago and became a different person. She was always full of life and the loved everyone. She's in Heaven now in the arms of her Lord and Savior.
