Joey Ann Cool, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on June 9, 2024, at the age of 49. She was born on September 24, 1974, in Kenmore, Akron, Ohio.


Joey had a zest for life and a deep appreciation friendship and good food. She found joy in surrounding herself with loved ones and creating lasting memories around the dining table. Her true passion in life was being there for others. Joey's unwavering support and genuine kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.


With a motto of "Don't waste time being sad, be happy in life," Joey lived each day to the fullest and encouraged others to do the same. She believed that happiness was a choice and strived to spread positivity wherever she went.


Joey's proudest accomplishment and greatest joy in life were her grandchildren. She cherished every moment spent with them, creating beautiful bonds and lasting memories. Her love and devotion as a grandmother knew no bounds.


Joey is preceded in death by her mother Lynn Bilich and her father John Rea.   Joey leaves behind her loving husband, Steven Cool, who was her partner in life's ups and downs. Together, they shared a deep love and created a lifetime of cherished memories. She is also survived by her children, Amber Cool, Devin Cool, and Dustin Cool, who were her pride and joy.


In addition to her immediate family, Joey is survived by her brothers, Jimmy and Shawn, and sisters, Ashley and Amanda; as well as her grandchildren Nola, Noa, and Johnathan.  She held a special place in their hearts and brought light into their lives with her caring and compassionate nature.


Joey Ann Cool will be remembered for her unwavering support, her ability to listen without judgment, and her infectious love for life. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.


As we say goodbye to Joey, let us remember her words and strive to find happiness in every moment. In her memory, may we all embody her spirit of kindness, love, and a genuine appreciation for the simple joys in life. Rest in peace, Joey Ann Cool.
