John Adams Obituary

John was born on June 22, 1932, in Guilderland, NY, the son of the late Willard and Mary Agnes Kemp Adams.
He was employed as a truck driver when he was working.
He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War and was a POW.
He enjoyed tinkering on many projects around the house, going to the Fonda Speedway and watching recently, in his younger years he could be found in the pits; he would tell about when he was younger how he liked to go fast.
He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Lou Perkins Adams, on April 15, 2015.
Survivors include family and friends, as well as his beloved dog, Panda Bear.
Services will be private, with interment taking place at Gerald B Solomon National Cemetery, with his wife.
Arrangements are under the direction of Houghtaling and Hanley Funeral Home, 20 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY 13317.
