John's intellectual prowess led him to Champaign, Illinois at the University of Illinois, where he earned his Juris Doctor law degree. This academic accomplishment was the beginning of his distinguished career as an attorney, a role he served with dedication for over 30 years. John was respected by his peers for his kindness and dedication.
On April 24, 1981, John Albertine was united in civil marriage with the beautiful Armie Tumbali, and on May 31, 1981, their formal wedding was in the Philippines catholic church. They welcomed their sons, John Russell Albertine in 1982 and Christopher Albertine in 1986.
John was not just a loving husband and father but also a man of varied interests. He enjoyed reading, classic movies, oldies music, and the Los Angeles Lakers. He had a soft spot for Italian food, cheeseburgers, and desserts that brought smiles to the room watching him indulge.
His memory will forever be cherished by his loved ones and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. John Martin Albertine's life was indeed a celebration of love, resilience, and achievement. His memories will live on and may he rest in peace.
