John was born on August 7, 1938 in Vernon, AL to the late Redden Allen and the late Ollie Mae Humbers Allen. He attended Molloy School. John previously worked at Marathon and he owned and operated Allen's Country Store. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially going hunting and fishing. John loved his family dearly and cherished spending time with them making memories. His humble and kind spirit will always be fondly remembered.
