We have missed John over the past few years at horseshoe tournaments. He always was a competitor and threw a high ringer percentage. In 2015 a few of us started the Maine Indoor Horseshoe Courts in Lewiston on a very limited access to start up funds. John and Barbara made a substantial donation to help support those courts which are still active today. Thank you Mr Horseshoe it was fun.

Have many memories with John and Barbara, we played horseshoes, went camping and we attended their wedding in Jonesport it was such a great time. I know John is with all his horseshoe buddies and is at peace.
