John T. Barry

John T. Barry, age 40, of Tewksbury, formerly of Weymouth, passed away on January 1, 2026.
Born in Boston on December 20, 1985, he was the beloved son of Julie S. Reid, of Weymouth.
Besides his mother, survivors include his mother's partner, Joseph Robbins, of Weymouth. John's children, Shayna Helen Barry and John Travis Barry, of Tewksbury: his uncle, Joseph Reid, of Pompano Beach Florida: his grandmother, Jacqueline Roberts, of Dracut: his uncle, James Barry, of Dracut: his aunt, Heidi Gilson, of Tyngsboro: and his uncle, Sean Barry of Dracut.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Joseph Reid of Largo Florida, his grandparents, Catherine & Robert Good of Pompano Beach Florida, and his grandfather, Ronald Roberts of Dracut.
John was an auto glass installer and glazier since he was eighteen years old. Most recently he was employed by the Hanover Glass Company for many years.
He loved the outdoors and enjoyed skiing, snowmobiling and fishing. John also enjoyed astronomy and had a great love for all animals. He loved all sports and in his youth was an excellent football and baseball player.
John was known for his infectious laugh, sense of humor and larger than life personality.
He will be remembered forever and dearly missed by all that loved him.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
