Dear Ann and Jerry,
How I remember you all so fondly from our growing up years. We had a wonderful life growing up in Little Chute. Jack, and all of you, were always such good neighbors and good folks. Remember when Jack sported a flat top (the "in" hairstyle for men in those days) when he was in his teen years?
Mary Ellen (Tiesling) Siehr phoned to tell me of Jack's passing and to share some memories of him.
I remember when the Little Chute Historical Society had a fund-raiser and it was a tour of your home on Canal Street which was gorgeously decorated for Christmas. Mary Ellen and I went to see it and marveled at its beauty. We were told then that Jack had heard about this up-coming tour (he was there while they were still getting ready for the event) and he was welcomed in to see his boyhood home.
Jerry, we sure miss you at our St. John/Little Chute High School combined reunions. Hope you come sometime.
May GOD grant you HIS comfort and HIS peace. GOD bless you all.
