John (Randy) Carpenter, 77, passed away Monday, August 25, at home with loved ones.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Dorothy Carpenter; brother, James Carpenter; and his grandson, John Michael Carpenter.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Teresa Carpenter; daughter, Jessica (Tim) Moore; son, John (Carri) Carpenter; sisters-in-law, Nancy Carpenter and Elissa Czaja; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Randy was a lifelong Seguin resident, an Army veteran, and had a long career at Alamo Group/Terrain King. He enjoyed woodworking and watching baseball.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
