John was proud to have done his duty to help defend the freedom of citizens across this country. In 1955, he married the love of his life, Virginia Davis.
John retired after 40 years of service as a furnace operator for the Kimble Glass Company in Vineland NJ.
Husband of the late Virginia Davis, John is survived by his children, Jack (Carol) Cheeseman, Michael (Debbie) Cheeseman, and Jill (Chris) Muccigrosso; eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his siblings, Betty Jo, Willis, Emmy Lou, Iris, James, and Thomas.
John is remembered by his family for his love of US travel and family trips out west. He had an active mind with many interests and hobbies throughout his life.
