We are sad to announce the passing of John Anton Chlebo Jr of Atlantic Beach, FL.
John passed by his loved ones at the age of 67 on May 4, 2023, after a long battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. He was a lifelong resident of the beaches, having worked at many eateries, a local national hotel chain and Winn Dixie over the years.
John Was predeceased by his parents, John Chlebo Sr and Donna O'Brien, his siblings, Margaret and Robert and his son, Andrew Chlebo.
He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Chlebo, sister Marie Harper (Larry), 3 grandchildren, Tanner Glattli, Pierson Gaines, Riley Chlebo and his nephew, Garry Harper.
A simple memorial service is planned for him on Monday, May 15th at 2pm at the Eternity Funeral Home, located at 4856 Oakdale Avenue, Jacksonville FL 32207.
In lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to be made to Community Hospice or to John's Go Fund Me page that was created by the family. We appreciate all the thoughts and prayers for our family during this difficult time.
