Public Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2026, from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 26, 2026, 1:00 PM CST at New Canaan Missionary Baptist Church in Camp Hill, AL, Rev. Edward Lane, Pastor | Officiating, Rev. Justin M. Freeman | Eulogist.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Copeland is survived by his children, Gloria (Arthur) Culpepper of Camp Hill, AL, Annie (Felix) Lawrence of Douglasville, GA, Marlene Copeland of Valley, AL, Tony Presley of Dadeville, AL, stepdaughters, Brenda Alford of Douglasville, GA and Shelia Leiba of Jackson's Gap, AL, his sisters, Adella Finley Rosie Reese, both of LaFayette, AL, Nezzie Holloway, Ruth Vines and Jean Shaver of Camp Hill, AL, and Sarah Williams of Valley, AL, one brother, Donald Copeland of LaFayette, AL, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
