John Lewis Crow, III, 68, of Otto North Carolina changed his residency Saturday January 31, 2026.
John was born March 18th, 1957, in Savannah, Georgia to Francis Hughes Crow and the late John Lewis Crow Jr. John's faith was Episcopal at which he served many years as an acolyte growing up. John, graduated Savannah Christian School in '75, joined the US Air Force and serve three tours in South Korea as an air traffic controller. John work with the United States postal service in Cleveland, Ohio for 15+ years. John enjoyed the outdoors. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He coached recreation girls fastpitch softball for several years in Twinsburg, Ohio. While in Cleveland, John helped with the data and IT direction of the new electronic Federal courthouse in Cleveland. When John came home to Cordele, Ga he oversaw the building of the new electronic courthouse. John was an avid online World War II gamer. He never needed a reason to grill, he loved it.
John is survived by his wife of 15 years, Patricia R Clark; his mother, Frances Hughes Crow of Savannah Ga.; his siblings, Angela Crow Busy (Ricky), Dorothy "Dottie" Elaine Wheeler (Thaddeus), Anthony "Tony" Hughes Crow (Caroline), and Robert Alexander "Bobby" Crow (Katie).
No flowers, if you would like to make a donation, please give to your local recreation department.
No services are planned at this time.
