John Davis

John Davis of Troy, MI passed away peacefully on July 18, 2025 after years of struggling with FXTAS (fragile X associated tremor and ataxia syndrome). He was 64 years old. John was born in Arad, Romania to Elena and the late Ivan.

John married his beloved wife Julianna and together they shared 38 years of marriage. They were blessed with three loving children: Emily, Sarah, and Michael. John worked as a Program Manager and Tooling Engineer in the automotive industry for over 40 years. In his free time, John enjoyed traveling, birdwatching, and woodworking. John was a faithful Christian and a member of First Baptist Church of Troy.

John is survived by his mother Elena, wife Julianna, his children Emily (Matthew) Chadwick, Sarah (Christopher) Olah, and Michael Davis, and his grandson Levi Chadwick. He was also close to Julianna's parents Julia (Michael) Molnar and the late Ferenc (Erzsebet) Gergely, Julianna's siblings Elizabeth (Dorel) Lozneanu and Charlie (Jodi) Molnar, and his nieces and nephew.

Visitation will be Friday, August 1, 2025, from 3-8pm at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, 1368 N. Crooks, Clawson, MI 48017. Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 11am at First Baptist Church of Troy, 2601 John R Road, Troy, Michigan 48083. Friends may begin visiting church at 10am. Burial will be in White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.

John Davis din Troy, MI a trecut la cele ve nice în pace in 18 iulie 2025, dupa ani de lupta cu FXTAS (sindromul tremorului i ataxiei asociat cu fragil X). Avea 64 de ani. John s-a nascut in Arad, România, la Elena i regretatul Ivan.

John s-a casatorit cu iubita lui so ie, Julianna, si împreuna au împarta it 38 de ani de casnicie. Au fost binecuvânta i cu trei copii iubitori: Emily, Sarah i Michael. John a lucrat ca manager de program i inginer de scule în industria auto timp de peste 40 de ani. În timpul liber, lui John îi placea sa calatoreasca, sa observe pasarile i sa lucreze în lemn. John a fost un cre tin devotat i membru al First Baptist Church of Troy.

John este supravie uit de mama lui, Elena, so ia lui, Julianna, copiii lor Emily (Matthew) Chadwick, Sarah (Christopher) Olah i Michael Davis, precum i de nepotul sau, Levi Chadwick. De asemenea, a fost apropiat de parin ii lui Julianna - Julia (Michael) Molnar i regretatul Ferenc (Erzsebet) Gergely - si de fra ii lui Julianna, Elizabeth (Dorel) Lozneanu i Charlie (Jodi) Molnar, precum i de nepot i nepoate.

Vizitarea va avea loc vineri, 1 august 2025, între orele 15:00 – 20:00, la Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, 1368 N. Crooks, Clawson, MI 48017. Serviciul de înmormântare va avea loc sâmbata, 2 august 2025, la ora 11:00, la First Baptist Church of Troy, 2601 John R Road, Troy, Michigan 48083. Prietenii pot veni la biserica începând cu ora 10:00. Înmormântarea va avea loc la White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.
