John Bernard Davis

John Bernard Davis, age 88, of Piedmont Health Care Center, Piedmont, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Highway 9, Centre, Alabama with Harry Davis and Rev. Michael Anderson officiating. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his wife, Velita Demeris Davis, daughter, Emily Marie Davis and parents, Emmett H. and Haynie M. Davis. Survivors include his care givers, Mary Jo and Harry Davis; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Mr. Davis had a love for car racing. His weekends were always booked up at the races or at home in front of the T. V. He also enjoyed photography at the races. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank Piedmont Health Care for the special care he was given the last seven years where he made Piedmont Health Care his home.
