John Deddy Obituary

John was a New Jersey native and he grew up in Middlesex, NJ. He was the son of Thomas and Adele (Pula) Deddy. He married Nancy Zaret and has four siblings, Theresa Eganey and husband Michael of East Amwell, NJ. Lawrence Deddy of Coral Gables, FL. Joseph Deddy of Sergeantsville, NJ. and Donna Flesher and husband Mark of Flemington, NJ. John also had many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was particularly close to his great nephew Adonis Galonis who lived nearby him.
John recently retired from Midtown Realty in Miami, FL where he was a fixture in the office for over 20 years. His colleagues wrote, "He always stood for honesty and integrity in every word and action."
John helped many people and animals throughout his life with caring acts of kindness and generosity. He had a deep love of nature and all living creatures, especially cats.
Friends and family may honor and remember John by helping someone in need, or by supporting a cause that helps animals or nature.
The family will have a private gathering to celebrate John at one of his favorite restaurants.
