Born Monday, May 14, 1934 in Calvert City, KY, he was the son of the late Earl Devine and the late Stella (Chadwick) Devine.
Surviving are his wife, Ina Lorene (Culp) Devine of Calvert City, KY, sons, Ronnie Devine (Sue), Eddie Devine (Christina) and Gilbert Devine, 6 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, David Devine, and daughter-in-law, Lori Devine.
A graveside funeral service with military rites will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Marshall Co. Memory Gardens located at Hwy U.S. 641 North Benton, Kentucky 42025.
