John Edward DiNardo age 70, of Millcreek, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at his residence.
He was born in Erie on May 11, 1954 a son of the late Dominic and Venice Amendola DiNardo.
John was a 1973 graduate from Academy High School and was a lifelong Erie resident.
He was a former employee of Lord Corporation, Kahkwa Country Club, and General Partitions.
John was an avid sportsman who enjoyed deer and turkey hunting, boating, and fishing for trout, bass, and walleye. His many hobbies also included golf and bowling. Through all his activities, John made many friends throughout the years and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Andrea Marshall DiNardo, whom he married 33 years ago, brothers Donald DiNardo and his wife Carol of Erie, Bernard DiNardo and his wife Claudia of Erie, and his sister Susan Lamm and her husband Mark of Erie. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Jeffrey Marshall of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, and Kim Marshall and his fiancée Paula Wentz-Fenton of Columbia Station, Ohio. John has several nieces and nephews whom he adored and loved to share all his hobbies with.
The family wishes to thank the staff of DaVita Dialysis Centre (2042 Edinboro Road, Erie) for all the kindness and care they provided during John’s illness.
Arrangements are under the care of the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services West Ridge, 3801 W. 26th Street.
Service and entombment will be private.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
