John Dolinich Obituary
John Randolph Dolinich, 82, of Kalkaska, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
He was born on July 8, 1943, in Romulus, Mich., to the late John and Helen (Harrison) Dolinich. John proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a hardworking, dedicated, and honest man who valued a simple life. Above all, he was a loving husband and father. In his free time, John enjoyed golfing, fishing, and spending time with animals; you could always find a few dog treats in his pockets, just in case.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Monica; his son Darren (Amanda) Dolinich; and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer (Scott) Kent and Sheldon Krall.
Per John's wishes, no services will be held. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Eden Center for their compassionate and excellent care.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Kalkaska Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
