John Eugene Drouillard Jr. "Waawaate" 19 years old journeyed to the spirit world on Monday, November 10, 2025, from his home in Cass Lake, MN. He was born in Cloquet, MN, to John Drouillard Sr. and Christina Beaulieu. His grandmother, Connie Beaulieu, played a major role in raising him.
Johnny graduated from Cass Lake- Bena High School in 2024. He loved his dog, "Timone", and his friends and family. He had a big heart, always willing to help those in need. He loved working on his Lego's, listening to music, playing video games, riding atv's, and hanging out with friends and family.
Johnny will be deeply missed by his mother, Christina, grandmothers Connie and Laurie, siblings, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Christopher, Aleighcia, Tanner, Danielle, Tyrell, Lanaya, Jared, and Leslee, several aunts, uncles, and all family and friends.
Johnny is proceeded in death by his father, John, grandfather Ronnie, aunts Maria Acoren, aunts Mary and Dawn Brown, Uncle Donnie Brown, Brothers John Mark and Mahnomen, and other family and friends whom he missed tremendously.
The wake for Johnny will begin on Saturday, November 15th,2025 starting at 2PM and will continue until his Traditional Service, Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 10AM all to be held at the Mission Community Center, Cass Lake, MN. Naabekwa Liberty will be his Spiritual Advisor. Pallbearers will be Christopher Droulliard, Michael Reyes Sr., Mason Reyes, Paul Ortega Jr., Tavion Lehti, Visante Lehti, Javon Lehti, and Ashton White. Alternates Michael Johnson and Kanyon Goodman. Honorary pallbearers will be Kaitlyn Berry, Nicholas Berry Jr., Aleighcia Beaulieu, Mario Reyes Jr., Gaven Brown, Bella Brown, Ray Brown Jr., Rebecca Brown, and all other siblings, friends and family. Interment will be in the Ferris Cemetery near Cass Lake, Minnesota.
