Geraldine Drouillard

Geraldine (nee Daniel) Drouillard quietly passed from this world on February 6, 2026 surrounded by her family. Geri was born on July 3, 1937 in Detroit MI to Clyde and Josie (Brown) Daniel. On April 21, 1956, she was married to the love of her life, Melvin Donald Drouillard. They had two children, David and Dawn. Geraldine ran her own business making beautiful dried floral arrangements while raising her two children in Michigan. Geri loved to travel the country while camping in an RV and enjoyed 25 years of retirement with Mel in Tucson, Arizona before moving to Tennessee to be closer to family in 2023. An avid reader, most days Geri could be found watching the birds or with her nose in a book.

Geraldine was predeceased by her parents, her loving husband of 67 years and siblings Loyce Morton, John Clyde Daniel, Jr., Fred Daniel, Charles (Bill) Daniel, Bessie Louise Sisson, Harold Daniel, Kathleen Phillips, Donald Daniel and Dennis Daniel. She is survived by her children David Allen Drouillard (Jane) and Dawn Cheryl Phillips; grandchildren Rachel Ann Kasprzyk (Matthew), Ryan Stephen Mills (Kimberly), Rebecca Jean Mills, William Drew Phillips, David Michael Drouillard and Jason Matthew Drouillard; great-grandchildren Sophia Dawn Kasprzyk, Weston Anthony Kasprzyk, Christopher Neal Drouillard and Flora Mae Jean Mills. Sister-in-law Bess Daniel as well as many nieces and nephews. We rejoice in knowing our beloved mother and grandmother is now at peace and reunited with loved ones. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
