Mary Drouillard Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Grace Memorial - Smith Chapel - Port Huron on Mar. 13, 2026.
Mary Alice Drouillard (née Renno), a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026, at McLaren Port Huron Hospital. Born on June 12, 1942, in Yale, Michigan, Mary was the cherished daughter of the late Clayton and Dorcas (Magnet) Renno.

Mary's commitment to family was unwavering, and this was beautifully reflected in her marriage to Leo Drouillard on September 15, 1962, in Detroit. Their union was filled with love and mutual respect until Leo's passing on November 28, 2005. Together, they raised a family that became Mary's pride and joy.

Survived by her devoted children, Andy, Douglas (Theresa), and David (Josie) Drouillard, Anthony, William, Michael, and Amanda Zeller. Mary's legacy continues through them. Her life was further enriched by the laughter and embrace of her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will carry her spirit forward. She also leaves behind her caring siblings, Dale and Marge, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary was predeceased not only by her husband, Leo, but also by her beloved daughter, Deanna Drouillard, and her brothers Jim and Gary. Her memory will be honored as a beacon of love, resilience, and kindness.

Mary was a woman of many passions, finding happiness in the simple pleasures of life. She was a skillful seamstress and loved sewing. Her garden kept her hands busy, and the sight of hummingbirds kept her content. Her grandchildren were the light of her life.

Mary's spirit will continue to resonate in the lives of those she touched. Her gentle guidance, infectious smile, and boundless love created countless cherished memories that will be treasured forever.

Private family services will be held. Arrangements were entrusted to Grace Memorial-Smith Chapel.
