John Charles Dugan sadly left us on February 13th, 2023 while at his home in North Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Rockford, Ohio at the young age of 59. John was born on July 8th, 1963 in Celina, Ohio to Vincent and Doris (Mefferd) Dugan who preceded him in death. He married the love of his life, Amy (Dietrich) Dugan on July 1st, 1989, and she survives in North Fort Myers, Florida after 33 wonderful years of marriage. Also surviving are his two sons, Cody Dugan of Rockford, Ohio and Sage (Paige Michael) Dugan of Findlay, Ohio. Two grandsons also survive, Cole and Forest Dugan. Three siblings also survive him, Cathy (Brad) Pfeiffer, Tom (Becky) Dugan, and Mary (Tom) Eischen, as well as several nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by one brother, Pat Dugan. A memorial service will be held on March 4th, 2023 at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 9am-12pm with service to follow. Services have been entrusted to Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, 111 W. First St, Rockford, Ohio 45882

John was my buddy at Teleflex.this guy could crack me up and was alot of fun.I am sure he will be missed as i will also though i have not seen him in years.John was the type of guy you could not forget i know i will not.R.I.P. ole buddy.And to Amy and family i am so sorry for your loss..................craig kiracofe

I worked with John. We called him Dugan or Duggie. I love working with him. He was so funny. I´m very sad of his passing. RIP my friend.
