John "Jack" Eimerman, 93, of Naples, FL, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, sister and wife Jillian Spanbauer. He was loving father to daughter Cynthia (Christ) Stacey and son John (Sarah) Eimerman; grandchildren Jordan (Brigit), Julian, Alaina (Rob), Gabriel, John, Elizabeth, and Grace; great grandchildren Aoife, Declan, Fionnuala and Wesley.

Jack was born June 1, 1932, in Milwaukee, WI. A life-long sports fan, he developed into an avid runner with the track and cross-country teams at Wauwatosa High School and into his early college years at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jack forged many life-long friendships as a member of the Chi Phi fraternity. Throughout his life, he would fondly reminisce about being the fraternity's manager for the intramural sports Badger Bowl.

While at UW, Jack joined the Air Force as a pilot through their ROTC program and entered full-time service after graduating, eventually becoming a lieutenant. He earned his wings flying single-engine AT6s and multi-engine B-25 bombers, focusing on training new pilots in Florida and Texas. He developed close bonds with those with who he served and continued to enjoy flying as a private pilot for many years.

After his time in the service, Jack returned to Milwaukee to begin a career in business working for his dad, eventually taking ownership of his small washing machine parts business R&S Parts. From this humble beginning, Jack expanded the business into the lawn sprinkler industry which led to purchasing R.L. Ryerson, a local distributor of Toro lawn and garden products. Until the end of Jack's career, the distributorship grew to serve customers over a large portion of Wisconsin. In addition, during the 1970's, Jack identified an opportunity in the snowmobile business. A fortuitous phone call to a snowmobile manufacturer in northern Minnesota, Polaris Industries, led to him becoming their Wisconsin distributor, earning "Best New Distributor of the Year." Over the many following years of partnering with Polaris, Ryerson expanded to include serving their dealers throughout Illinois and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Before retiring at age 87, Jack was honored to be inducted into the Polaris Hall of Fame for being a significant contributor to its growth into a large international business. While Jack took great pride in leading Ryerson, its success was directly related to the many dedicated employees who stayed at Jack's side throughout many highs and lows over the years. The unique relationships they forged were essential to helping maintain Ryerson's humble and successful culture.

Jack enjoyed being a snowbird in Naples, FL before eventually settling there full-time after his retirement.

Jack was blessed to be surrounded by incredible and selfless caregivers. Jack always had a funny or nice word for all, thanks in large part to their efforts. The words of one of these beloved caregivers summed up Jack perfectly:

Jack was such a wonderful person, cherished and loved by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His warmth, kindness, and spirit touched the lives of so many, leaving behind a legacy of love. His laughter, and beautiful memories will forever be treasured.

As we remember Jack, let us celebrate the joy he brought into our lives-the stories he shared, the kindness he showed, the love he had for his family and the positive impact he made on everyone around him. His spirit will continue to inspire us, living on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
